A magical, 5-acre, private island set amongst Crown land and natural state islands on the pristine waters of Georgian Bay. Located just south of O'Donnell Point Provincial Nature Reserve, tucked in just enough by surrounding islands to deflect the direct forces of nature yet positioned to capitalize on spectacular western views.

A very private setting, the topography is a mixture of smooth granite, forest, elevated views and protected coves. One of the few properties left to be developed; the area is great for solitude and nature lovers alike. Spend hours exploring the area by canoe, kayak, paddleboard or simply relaxing on the island to take in the views. 

Building Site:

Work with an architect or contractor to design a cottage that blurs the divide between inside and out. There is a natural cove to secure your dock for safe harbouring of your boats as well as many great areas to swim in clear, blue water. Nearby is a beautiful building site with slightly higher elevation to position your cottage for spectacular sunsets. Ample space further inland is ideal for septic and solar panels.

Access to big open water, deep channel bays and quiet back-bays. Nearest marinas are King Bay or Moose Deer Point.
